The rooms were comfortable and well-organized for excursions. the hotel location was great, situated right in the city center near mini markets and restaurants. the hotel offered the organization of tours which made finding our way around the city easier.

The lighting in the room was complicated and took some getting used to. there were no switches beside the bed, which made getting up in the middle of the night difficult as we had to find our way in the dark.

the rooms are relatively cosy and nicely decorated, providing abundant water and air filters. the staff were helpful, but communication difficulties did not allow us to express our concerns about the bathroom setup.

The breakfast was below average compared to other hotels and lacked fruit juices just like what one of the reviews mentioned.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, with mini markets just around 150 meters away and the Dachaishi metro station within walking distance. The airport bus station is also nearby, making it convenient for travel. The service was top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed from ironing facilities to a comfortable dining table. The free toiletries and washing machine were a bonus, and we appreciated the air conditioning and wi-fi in the rooms. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added to the overall comfort of the room.

The staff could have provided better service, but we didn't mind as the overall experience was still enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.
